01 Spindle start
CNC turning shapes round parts by spinning the raw bar at a controlled speed while a precisely guided cutting tool removes material along a programmed path. Every diameter, length and shoulder comes from your drawing — and repeats exactly, part after part.
02 Facing & turning
First, the end is faced square. Then the tool travels along the bar, bringing each diameter down to size and forming crisp shoulders exactly where your drawing places them.
03 Threading & grooving
Relief grooves, circlip grooves and threads are cut in the same setup, so every feature stays true to the same axis.
04 Inspection
Before anything leaves the shop, critical dimensions are measured and compared with your drawing.
05 Finished
